SMS Registration

Insight Health is a Twilio ISV, which means we can register, provision, and operate Twilio messaging infrastructure for healthcare customers.

A2P 10DLC is the U.S. carrier registration for business SMS from local 10-digit numbers. Approval unlocks verified reminders, care updates, and follow-ups with stronger deliverability and lower filtering.

Organization information.

Use the exact legal business name tied to the EIN. We use this to check for existing 10DLC drafts or submissions.

Use the physical business location that should appear on the Twilio registration.

Describe each real way patients actively authorize SMS contact. Do not include a portal, form, or keyword path unless your practice uses it today.

Do not upload completed patient forms, patient names, dates of birth, phone numbers, or any PHI.

You may save a draft with incomplete evidence. Insight Health must verify public evidence and all disclosures before submitting to Twilio.

How do patients opt in? Select every method currently used. Insight Health will remove any method that cannot be verified.

Public consent proof URL Use a permanent public HTTPS page showing every selected opt-in path. It must not require login. SMS privacy policy URL SMS terms and conditions URL Private source PDF, optional. Upload only a blank form. This private PDF helps Insight Health prepare public evidence, but does not satisfy Twilio by itself. PDF only, 10 MB maximum. No PDF selected.
